Wabbs. Has the loan been paid out yet (refinanced)? I think it is still "live" in that the options are still active (until the loan is actually paid out) - hence the reference to Aug-31 expiry (and the need to perhaps cap the SP until then - by not saying anything good, or not appointing anyone to the Board, before then.
