Do you know what you are saying first it was TI working for ERM that does not appear to be the case now if MIN get a director he would be working for MIN not all director are unethical.
What would happen if MIN proposed a take over and the SP went over a $1 we would have to pay ERM a topup as the take over would not happen in 7 weeks.
After 7 weeks we will know the results of the well and may be other information we are not privileged to know now.
MIN would be aware of the topup a takeover could come later but not at a $1.
You must know there will be no takeover at the present time.
