The Title Director means exactly what the title says, Director.
What, are you now your trying to tell us that all Directors of a listed company on the ASX actually follow the rules of the ASX and do their 'Duty and Care in the best interest of the Shareholders and the Company? oh yeah they do, I recall Allen Bond, Christopher Skase, George Herscu, John Elliot just a colourful few from the past (Chairmans, Board Members) directors.
So the title Director may sound colourful, but its only as good as the person that is in that position (Weather performing their duty in the best interest for all share holders or for themselves)...
