Not sure if Im right here but I thought you needed 90% ownership to force small holders to sell. A lot of these shares seem to be bought by the CXA who may end up up with a 10% + share..
And are WIN still drilling for gold as to per their OCT 5 announcement.?
My thoughts are the shares will be tightly held by IGO and the buyers on the CXA making a price plunge less likley .
