hi milken,
i just think that a takeover would be very difficult to conclude due to varied nature of the institutional base. at least 8 institutions own stock and the management holds 10%. this will make it hard for a compulsory acquisition but i guess the instos could sell out at the right price.
look fwd regardless anyway, of whatever happens. happy with my little holding to be valued at anyway northwards of $2.50 :)
