unfortunately as much as I'd like to agree with you, you're dreamin. there won't be another bidder. most players would consider it too hard a target to get in on the action given the current shareholding. the two boards have directors in common. this will be a done deal IMHO. they're just going through the motions to give the appearance that they are questioning the value of the bid.
