Just got off the phone and they said "they don't think (the press release) will be done today".

As the board haven't had a chance to meet to discuss and approve it yet.

I did explain to him I was concern as a shareholder that there might have been a major disaster (like the Deep Water Horizon) out there because I can see the Rig still out there and a firefighting vessel attending.

His reply was (based on my memory and not exactly word for word):

"If a material event such as I described, had occurred, they are required by law to update the market immediately"

Other than that, he said until it (the press release) has been approved, nothing more can be said.
