re: sbm is much better value BGF all you need is a collapse in the old workings area and you'll have a beaconsville. Look at beaconsville, its the same model as BGF, working below old workings and look at all the problems they have had. SBM doesn't have old timer workings to deal with, and they can smash everything up around since they don't have to do everything really gently as there is no town on top except for wear the workers live lol
BGF is more riskier I think, as these new victoria mines are still untested they are new projects with a lot of premium attatched to them
