exactly right chikola....with the coal services sector going the way it is this company will be a licence to print money over the next few years. in the favor of CCI shareholders and those who have the guts to pick up a few shares now, is the fact that the board represents holders of over 35% of stock in the company. And it is very tightly held stock, because they know over time the earnings growth of this company will be very strong which will drive the shareprice to a new all time high which during the last coal boom saw the stock get to 65c. this offer represents nothing more than daylight robbery.
