hence the relative conservative reaction by the market yesterday as it is a not the standard take over process.. The fact that they sold some shares shows its a long shot and not eventuate in the near future... their motives for selling a small stake could be anything... i don't think they are manipulating the market to profit as it will be difficult... you need to look at the additional gain after yesterdays announcement 3.5% very small...
