The odds are that it will end up in VA.
But the bottom line is that whatever happens to PDN will be determined by the Chinese.
If the Chinese offer enough money to allow PDN to survive post the sale of LHM then there would be an increase in the SP.
We will just have to wait for the inevitable trading halt to allow time to digest any information that comes out in the announcement in regards to the sale of LHM.
IMO It would be worth a gamble if PDN were sitting at 1c today
