Starkode, I like your theory but I can't imagine any HXG shareholder wanting to accept the kind of price BMR would be offering at this stage. Can't imagine BMR wanting to offer anymore than 25 or 30c a share which in my view would be incredibly opportunistic and not represent HXG's true value but hey stranger things have happened.
