As the likes of matt and serena will have us believe that China is to be the saviour of Sundance resources, my question has to be why they think China has any benefit in doing so.
This basket case Giulio has delivered has a market cap of $35 million. The expenditure to reach this mc is in the realms of hundreds of millions.
So now Giulio is out of time and has headed back to China again to stitch up a deal. Doing this with no leverage other than what the hundreds of millions of dollars that have been spent to prove up this resource.
He will be lucky to get an offer of $35 million for the whole company including the intellectual property.
The only way forward would be to have a CEO with true business acumen.

Seriously who would lend billions to a company that has been run like SDL ?

No offence to Westcott but the Chinese really do not require our expertise to run an IO production. They are not stupid and can put whoever they like at the head of the company, that does know what they are doing.
