    Hi Serena.

    It has been quoted so many times, SDL have a period of time, (After) the Port and Rail Funding has been sourced and agreed on.
    SDL could still seek to fund the mine projects before the Port and Rail funding has been sourced. The problem is that they go hand in hand, With the Port and Rail to cost around 3 times more than the mines, it should be far easier to fund the mines once Port and Rail have funding in place.
