There are MoU's beteween SDL/Tidefore in place but they are not legally binding and Ive invested in MoU arrangements before and been punished when they dont eventuate.

Hi Crembo.

If SDL lose Mbalam in Cameroon they lose the second string tenement. Nabeba in The Congo Republic is the Jewel in the Crown. Cameroon Government and The Chinese can not make Mbalam work the 10 plus years with out Nabeba unless they spend $billions more in the first 5 years to get Metzimevin mined out and a few other small High grade deposits mined out to start mining the Itabirite as soon as possible. Not enough High Grade DSO at Mbalam to last long with out Nabeba to mix it with.
