to survive is to cost down, scale is important. I do see DRM forming some sort deal. especially when POG is in a state of uncertainty. As long as it is a fair deal, to combine and got some scale whether good or time is better. If DRM need a cap raise now, it is likely not good for current shareholders. hope something good can be done soon.
