Takeover??, page-13

The subject of takeover has not been discussed for a little while...

Consider the price trends of V & Ti and then consider the predicted shortages of these same metals in the coming years...

If you were a major metals company who need guaranteed supply and production of these metals what would you do? You would secure your source and if necessary supply chain to defeat the competition and protect your market share or your other company divisions.

Now that Mt Peake is de-risked, one possible outcome is that Mt Peake (or all of TNG) is taken over...
The company that takes over Mt Peake may have other ideas for the refinery rendering any EIS on the Refinery a waste of time and money. (mind you TNG can't wait and need to be seen moving forward to production).

So could it be that TNG sell Mt Peake and becomes the TIVAN technology company (with SMS)?
...or could it be completely taken over and we all disappear into the sunset in our Bentleys?

I am not sure SMS will allow TIVAN to go elsewhere which is good.
