What we haven't yet seen is the impact of the perfect storm of
a) China shutting down polluting Vanadium processing facilities
b) Increased Vanadium content required in Rebar kicking in Q4 in China
c) Any impact of V2O5 battery deployment
Still think they'll have trouble raising finance. I don't. In fact it should be the opposite.
