No real concern. A few points:

IF ASIC knocks back the offer then it not necessarily a bad thing as it will highliggt the true value of AGO and will lijely force MIN to come up with a more "acceptable" offer.

There is always then room for another TO bid.

In any case, if no TO happens, it is likely the BOD will have to go and a new/different BOD which would have better focus on rebuilding a company with so much potential and focus on value for SHs would take AGO where it should be.
