"appreciates as Lynas has over the past few days"--perhaps its just me, but the share price rise sure doesn't seem near enough to attract attention of the ASX. I think this pretty much is just what happens with stocks. Sure do wish the rise was so extreme that the ASX knew they had to investigate. But, don't see how any of this gives any suggestion of a takeover. Not in the cards.
