All the statments from the company indicate maybe this maybe that.Wal King from Leighton said valued at $4billion which if I have my mathematics correct is $4.77 per share.Closing price today $4.80 values at just over $4billion.Someone will need to come up with greater than the $4.80.Don't forget the Roberts family could be part of the bidder "they may not want to pay to much to buy out the rest of the company"
