wal king said he would consider multiplex at right price - nothing commiting.
these guys will probably work with roberts family, take the property and let them keep the development arm etc.
it has to be mid $5's for it to go through and remember they still have to appease the people who subscribed to the rights issue.
onwards and upwards i think!
