Macquarie have upgraded rating to outperform from neutral on the back of surprisingly good result, but believe takeover will transform current shareholders into minority group while new entrants don't pay any premium for the company.
Couldn't agree more, have a sneaking suspicion that the directors will receive a nice payout of their existing contracts on the friday, then come back to work on monday and receive a big fat bonus from the "new" company, when in all terms they will be doing exactly the same job as they were before.........just another way to fatten their bank balances at the expense of the true owners, the shareholders..........do you think any directors really believe that anymore?
