INL's SS Notice on Friday indicated they already have 14.56% of the shares on a fully diluted basis. By my calculation they can only purchase another 113.8 M shares on market before formally declaring a takeover. No of shares traded today on the market already exceeds 408M. Don't know how many if any are purchases by INL.
