this one is takeover proof imo
that is the reason behind directors keeping 20% of the tenements in a separate company that they own
sure they will get paid for selling that 20% chunk prior to development and in the meantime there most likely is something to prevent a hostile takeover of bmn for peanuts (perhaps a shareholders agreement i am guessing)
