    hi Just_a_guy i didn't consider VRT because they don't pay a dividend (please feel free to correct me if i am stating incorrect facts) and MVF due to it been really illiquid - didnt seem as much like-for-like compared to HSO hence why i didn't look at these other options.

    with the DLX sale as well you'll see a lot of cash flowing back.
