Have a look at the chart, any chart for most stocks.
Values jumping all over the place. The market does not dictate the true value of a business.
Only dictates sentiment at any one point in time.
Sentiment in NUF is way down at the moment, obviously.
But, look at how it picked up on the possibility of TO by WES. Only reason it's stalling today is because this rumour is not confirmed and speculation is rife.
Another reason SP has stabilised around this level is it has now become good value to many more investors than it did a few weeks ago.
The market is not always "right" on value. Sure its the price setter but not the value setter.
