Yes, sentiment is low of course, drought, possible litigation issues to name the main ones.
Perfect time for WES to be sniffing around as these 2 issues wont resolve overnight leaving time for sentiment to be further ruined by those issues and shorting fear.
Todays volume well down on usual figures, take from that what you will.
Short position lowering at the same time, well reported which is a week or so ago lagging.
