I agree. The article seems to have an agenda and highlights positives, almost like the company leaked the article itself. There doesn't seem to be anything tangible to it, just a conversation with a PE fund. Basically the level of detail is so ambiguous that noone could get sued for publishing it.

"The seeds business is believed to be valued at between $1.50 and $2 a share, which means any acquirer of Nufarm would be securing the remaining chemicals operation at a highly opportunistic price."

Unsure whether the above statements are true or not. But in any case, they're highly subjective and reek of an agenda to push the price up. Could be the IB's leaking info in advance of a Cap raise, who knows.
