Takeover?

Things are getting pretty ridiculous. Over the last week there seems to be a seller who is getting out at any price, with around 2m per day. These shares have nearly got to be at a loss.

Finance is the great unknown, but the language in announcements implies that this is imminent.

SM71 appears to be producing fine, albeit needing a compressor upgrade. Lightning is showing no evidence of issues, with another will being drilled. Bulleit has had a development plan tabled to the JV - so no signs of issues there. Mustang is being tested, so is an unknown, but again no evidence of anything bad.

So why is the shareprice being hammered? Seems to me that it's either a decently sized holder wanting out at all costs - or someone destroying the VWAP for a takeover attempt. I'm sensing the second option.
