it would be very difficult to do successful takeover when the target is in a high value adding phase such as the situation TNG is in. Afterall you have to get the shareholders to sell their stock to you. So you would have to offer an extremely high price to match shareholder expectation at this time. And even then shareholders may not sell as expectation will just go up and up...

We are unlikely to see a full tilt at this time IMO. However CBH look pretty hungry and it would not surprise to see them gradually creep upwards towards 19.9%.

I like CBH's aggressive mentality here. Good to see.
