Whilst I am a little jaded with how the SP is going since TTY have decided to try and take over CSM, I hardly think it appropriate for TTY to got to share holders and ask permission to put a bid in for another company. They are employed to manage and run the company, we should leave them to do it and not question things we may not have the full story on.
That being said, a bit more communication from them wouldnt go astray, after all this is going to continue impacting the share price till it is cleared up IMO.
