Whilst the most recent ALK April Community Letter has been referenced here in the last day or two , posting the actual exert is really worthwhile .
The 3rd para hits a "High Note" ...whether intended or not !
WHEN COMMERCIALISED ......Metallisation costs reduced by 50% !
They are currently high costs , and a dirty process ...that's what I think the punters didn't guess when they announced it , nor still do !
A lot of hurdles/time yet to go ----but in relative terms , the hard yards have likely been done IMO .
Tweaking of the process maybe necessary ---but in this COVID time , where Markets are literally "deers in headlights" ...a good time to fine tune if required .
Anyone who has followed the painstaking Ansto Pilot process build and changes over 10 or more years ) and its far from a Mickey Mouse plant!) , will know that the South Koreans and ALK have entered this JV ...with expectations that the outcome will be groundbreaking .
Thats my hope --and expectation ..also !
