I agree with you on that Wally, but the issue here is whether GWR has 100, 200, 250 or 300 Million tonnes of Iron ore. The decision I would like to know as a shareholder if all facts are known and yes are subject to validation, is what affect it will have on my decision making this week coming. If GWR alone is worth $5 based on the above hypothetical (remember this is market speculation and thats why GWR shareholders are miffed) then why consider a FAS's takeover proposal. Everyone would like to make a decision on fact but unfortunately the facts we would like to have confirmed good or bad are not considered material by the powers at be. Thats what I find frustating as the results have just simply dried up like our drought.
