Thanks for the article and great posts. It's certainly opportunistic.. the large buy parcel indicates to me a deal is going to be done, but either at a higher price or another counter bid.

I don't think this company will get the needed 90% with anything under a $1 offer. I'm keen to see the offer and managements response!
