Experts reports are meaningless. They just give the BOD what they ask for. Almost any value can be justified by varying a few assumptions.
It is a concern that BMM and AF control the board. They have two nominees and selected the other "independents".
Both BMM and AF have form in trying to get POS cheap. Who is looking after the other 75% of shareholders?
