If AF and BMM both slide below 10% each it makes things easier for them in respect to Corporations Law obligations if they suddenly appear holding hands and singing “Koom ba Yah”.
Add in an “unrelated” third party who also owns just a shade under 10% who joins in the sing along and it makes things look very different to now.
These aren’t “conspiracy theories”. They are simply a version of the myriad of scenarios that could play out here.
