a2m is now in the focus for a T/O bid and I guess it could be one of the best strategic T/I’d ever in the Dairy Industry!
Some reasons:
a2m is a sound company with close to 1 billion NZD cash on ha
With a2m you have the „Green Card“ to the NZ Dairy Industry
a2m has one of the best networks to the Chinese market
a2m has a unique marketing model where you you could create/design naturally and easily the „milk of the future“ without cannibalising your own brand
a2m is the „traitleader“ in the Dairy Industry with huge potential to grow in the next 25 years
a2m is the key to 3 billion people which believe (but not genetically proofed or tested) to be lactose-intolerant
There are much more reasons for me but we should not do the homework of multinationals - they have the money we have the Future...!
