Definitely a tad sketchy as he hasn't posted anything on any Synlait forums to suggest an emergency restructure (his words). Did Synlait really wait until yesterday, and A2M's announcement to decide an emergency restructure was required in light of the A2M result?
I'd also think that Synlait would update their shareholders if such action was underway.
