Thanks for posting link Ichabod, I get it, so many people in this world that own land are turds, wealthy turds.
Normally time fixes this as the next generation just wants the cash.
AAC is a sleeping asset, even if there is no dividend the asset will continue to grow. (As long as business can cover its own coats or greater)
it is a shame with beef prices (and land) at all time highs that there has not been some upbeat communication or improved earnings upgrades . Perhaps this news will drop any time soon in coming weeks.
can only hope for all of our sake.
