I doubt it. The patents are the only value Virotec has. Hydrodec appears to have a solid backing by the market as witnessed by the share price. It has also made good acceptance of their product in the US. Their management is obviously doing it right and they maybe able to speed up the roll out of Virotec technology a little faster than current management.
