    I dont know who D.V.Penman is but he can keep buying and pushing up the sp.
    Does any one know any chat site that discuss shares (VTI).
    These VTI directors have a lot to answer for the very poor performance of this company and I hope they do not get a seat on HYR board or get more options for there performance.
