The top 20 shareholders hold 76.74% of SLR shares. Vanguard exited at the end of Jun 21; Van Eck so far has not made any reportable changes to its position.
Lack of communications to shareholders about LOM and plan for the cash reserve, no dividend and no share buy-back, are the top holders happy with the current situation? Unless they know something we don’t know.
I assume the AGM will be held around the same time as last year.
