Yep have to agree, why put in your best offer, when you have four weeks of due diligence, and rival bids perhaps on your coat tails. Meanwhile the BOD must be hinting at what value would be acceptable to them. I think after the four week due diligence period, it will move very fast from there at a more appropriate value. After all who wants to really show your hand to rival bidders just to be pipped at the post.
