Your thoughts make sense to me Surfwatch, going to be an interesting game of brinkmanship isnt it....have to say whoever said the Z BOD are managing this well is right on the money, they brought in Sachs early and have an offer in the bank while comitting to nothing...their big investors are well and truly pulling the strings on this though? and considering they effectivley hold the voteing rights on any scheme of arrangement would be surprised if any offer under a low 5 or high 4 goes through...but i am just a layman so only an opinion.
