    Do people believe the top 20 holders will approve a low takeover target sp?

    I think all these organisations have their own very smart people doing evaulation analysis on zel fair price for its infrastructure network.

    I think after the 4 weeks exclusive due diligence the sp will move alot quicker up, i hope.
