    AMPOL is doing what I did when I was buying a house. I got the agent to show me another one, as well as the one I wanted to buy. I showed a lot of interest. When I put in an offer, I told him if they don't accept I will look at putting an offer on the other one. My offer was accepted without negotiation. Dirty tricks coming out.
