    Z Energy needed a good old fashion middle eastern haggler. Unfortunately, NZ'ders couldn't haggle even if they had "my precious". In saying that perhaps they now have a deal done and are also dealing with third parties who were waiting on the sidelines to see how Ampol plays out. If there is anyone this announcement puts Z Energy in a strong position with a firm offer on the table. Who really knows?
