Yep. T/O offer is $3.63 AUD at the current exchange rate. There is also upside potential if another offer still comes in. So in light of this it seems strange that you can splash out $300k now and get about $330k in return virtually risk free in about 3.5 months' time. That's a return rate of 40%pa. What am I missing?
