While there's risk in everything, and it's responsible to think that way.
There doesn't seem to be many immediate factors that would result in this deal terminating as far as I can tell.
I'm also surprised that the share price has gone as low as it has.
While there's likely better growth opportunities out there, it does seem like a particularly safe place to put your money for a quick return when the deal completes.
I'd say the risk/reward in this case is quite positive.
